Maximiliano (Max) Rios
Maximiliano Rios (’21) is a software engineer at Google, where he works on Google Classroom. He studied Computer Science at Dickinson after getting his Associate’s degree at Montgomery College. Max’s passion for education developed while teaching AP Computer Science in Detroit through the Microsoft TEALS program prior to joining Google.
At Google, he focuses on plagiarism detection, differentiated assignments, and personalized learning. Max also kick-started the team that developed Classroom’s first AI products and has played a key role in the success of Gemini for Education.
